How to Create a FORMED Account
1. Go to The Augustine Institute and click “SIGN UP”
2. Click “I belong to a Parish or Organization” and search for “Christ the King Dartmouth.” Please note that our parish may not be the first result!
3. Once you are in FORMED.org, follow the prompt to set up a password to secure your account.
Once you’ve registered for your free account, save your credentials for if you need to sign-in again in the future. Simply visit http://www.formed.org on any device and click “SIGN IN.” You’ll be prompted to log in using the email address you provided.
