Welcome! Whether you’re visiting town, new to the area, were raised Catholic, Protestant, atheist, agnostic, or have never even considered church, religion, and spirituality, there is a place for you here.
Here are a few things you need to know.
About us
We are Christ the King Parish, a dynamic Catholic Community in Dartmouth. We have two church sites, Saint Thomas More Church at 15 Caledonia Road and Saint Vincent the Paul Church at 320 Flying Cloud Drive. But we all belong to the same Parish! One community, two buildings.
We at Christ the King have weekly services in English and French, a monthly African Mass, held on the first Sunday of the month, and a Brazilian Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament, held in Portuguese on the first Tuesday of the month.
At CTK Parish, we encourage each other to be a lively and dynamic faith community, where people experience the joy of the Holy Spirit, grow in their faith and relationship with God, and be empowered to carry out the mission of bearing witness to Christ and make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19). This vision is captured in three statements:
“Come encounter Christ. Joyfully share his love. Go make disciples.”
This is what meant to be a parishioner at Christ the King! We welcome you and invite you to learn more about all of our prayer groups, ministries, and other services for all ages where you can join, bring your family, and help us to build a strong faith community.
