The Catholic Women’s League (CWL) provides women with faith based opportunities for spiritual growth, leadership development and many avenues for service, advocacy and social justice. We offer hospitality, friendship, sisterhood, support and affirmation that empowers women to reach their full potential. As Catholic women, we are called to help in our parish and community.
SVDP Council: We provide food at Hope Cottage and give financial support to Phoenix House, collect toiletries for the Women’s Prison, support religious education and other youth programs, offer bursaries and host funeral receptions. STM Council: We are involved in aiding imigration, social justice, the sanctity of life, human dignity, the preservation of human life,the promotion of the teachings of the Catholic Church, & the recent tragedy of the indigenous children.
