The Mass Coordinator is responsible to set up Mass including opening the Church, setting up the credence table and Altar, and confirming all other ministers are in place to ensure that the Sacred Liturgy is carried out smoothly. We are required to make sure the number of hosts is adequate for the number of parishioners, and be attentive throughout the Mass to any needs that arise during the Liturgy.
When and where: We are at the church 1 hour prior to all Masses to prepare for that Mass. We also gather for workshops as needed.
